Our history
Sterling Solutions is a consumer-operated nonprofit organization founded in 2012 in San Bernardino County California. Since 2015 we have conducted trainings, and workshops to promote the improvement of mental health programs and services in San Bernardino and Riverside County California. We have provided training, certification and employment assistance to more than 1200 individuals and families. In 2023 we became an approved training vendor for the newly implemented California Registered Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist program.
Our mission
Sterling Solutions seeks to engage challenged and underserved populations in workforce education, training and advocacy initiatives to increase and enhance wellness and recovery.
We work to strengthen and diversify mental health service providers, develop meaningful consumer employment pathways and advocate for all aspects of consumer empowerment.
Applications open
The application period for January 2026 is now open. Orientation for 2026 Cohort one begins on January 6, 2026. *PLEASE NOTE* There are currently no scholarships available at this time.
